Blinds

Our roller blinds are handcrafted in our own workshop, using quality, British-made components. We offer four fabric collections in-store.

Unlike other retailers, we price our roller blinds on window size only, rather than by size and fabric selection, ensuring our customers have complete freedom of choice across the full breadth of fabric ranges. We complement our standard roller blind offering with a variety of optional upgrades. These include cassettes, fascias and Perfect Fit frames, scallops, braids and pulls. Roller blinds can be operated by chain, by spring-operated pull, or motorised.

We make all our Romans on-site in our own workshop, with bonded lining and a premium Aluminium headrail. Our Romans are hand sewn, stab stitched between the lining and face fabric, and operated by chain as standard. For longevity and durability of finish, we use tapes rather than rod pockets. Blinds are equipped with a quick release sidewinder as standard, with plenty of cord spools to ensure even weight distribution which, in turn, helps to eliminate sagging on heavier or wider blinds. We offer an extensive fabric collection from Prestigious Textiles, and a smaller selection from Drapes UK (includes books from Orla Kiely, Cath Kidston, and Ashley Wilde).

Our vertical blinds are handcrafted in our own workshop using quality British-made components. Verticals can be operated by wand, cord & chain, or motorised. We offer 89mm & 127mm slat sizes, a choice of headrail colour/finish, chained or chain-free weights, and three fabric collections in-store. The pockets on our vertical blinds are machine-sewn or hot glued, depending on fabric.

We offer real wood, faux wood and Aluminium Venetians from three specialist trade suppliers, with a choice of slat sizes and finishes. All our Venetians have strings exposed as standard, with the option to upgrade to tapes (two sizes, with a range of colours to match or contrast).

Perfect Fit Venetians are available in wood (limited colours) or Aluminium, both with a 25mm slat size.

Perfect Fit from Louvolite is an Aluminium frame-based system installed directly to a pane of glass, removing the need for screwing or drilling. Compatible blinds include cellular, pleated, roller, Venetian and Vision. Blinds installed with a Perfect Fit frame move with your windows and doors to facilitate ventilation and shading at your convenience, with reduced light gaps when windows/doors are closed.

Perfect Fit frame is available in range of colours including: White, Anthracite, Black, Golden Oak, Mahogany and Brown. All Perfect Fit frames are constructed in our own workshop, enabling us to make adjustments for vents, door handles and other obstructions.

We also offer Perfect Fit Universal as an add on, allowing us to fit a Perfect Fit blind in a recess rather than on the glass. This also facilitates installation on roofs and skylights. Where a window is oversize for one Perfect Fit blind, we can often fit two blinds by using a Perfect Fit T-Post.

Blinds made from energy efficient cellular (honeycomb) or pleated fabrics, either tensioned or freehanging. Tensioned blinds can be drawn bottom up, or top down, depending whether the primary need is shading or privacy. Freehanging blinds are operated by cord, and can only be drawn from the top down.

These blinds are made to measure in our own workshop, from quality British-made components. We offer an extensive range of fabric colours and finishes, with something to suit every taste. Add on a Perfect Fit frame to tensioned blinds for seamless installation on doors & windows.

A 'honeycomb' fabric designed to maintain room temperature ie. reduce heat gain in summer and heat loss in winter. This blind is handcrafted in our own workshop using quality British-made components. Blind operation by either chain or motor.

The Allusion blind is a relatively new product which is essentially a hybrid of a curtain and blind. It has the appearance of a wave voile with the versatility of a vertical blind. This blind is walk-through at any point, so ideal for doors.

Like a vertical blind, an Allusion can be a one-way or split draw, with operation by wand, cord & chain, or motor. Rotate the vanes for full shading and privacy if desired. We make all our Allusion blinds in our own workshop, and offer a choice of headrail colours, with the option to add a white or anthracite fascia.

Vision is the original (and much copied) 'day-and-night' blind that offers the benefits of a Venetian blind, with the finish of a roller blind. We offer both freehanging and Perfect Fit Vision blinds. Vision blinds are a good solution if you wish to maintain a degree of light and view, while also being afforded plenty of privacy.

Similar to Perfect Fit, with each pane of glass requiring a single blind. However, rather than having a four sided frame, Beadfit Intu blinds have a cassette top with a slim side profile that runs along the window gasket. Intu micro is specifically designed for bifiolding doors as it's ultra-slim profile means the doors are not restricted from folding tightly when in the open position. Intu Micro has a more restricted selection of pleated and cellular fabrics than standard Intu.

Available as cellular, pleated or Venetian; also available as a 'Screwfit' variant e.g. for timber doors. Intu is a product of Eclipse Blind Systems of Scotland, and they are made-to-measure by Eclipse on our behalf. All Intu and Intu Micro blinds are priced at Manufacturer RRP.

We offer Velux RRP on these if you wish to make use of our installation service. Velux blinds can be operated manually by hand or with a pole, or by remote control (solar trickle). We do not hold any Velux parts in stock, and we do not offer a Velux repair service.
