Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to present our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. The data you provide may be used to complete job sheets and/or invoices and a copy of these will be stored, securely, at our trading location. We may store electronic versions of your data at a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). This is likely to be in the US where many cloud based servers are located. We currently use Google Drive to store the data we collect.

How we communicate with you
If you send us an email we will respond to you either by email or telephone. If you request a call back via our site we will contact you by telephone unless there is a valid reason why we are not able to, in which case we will email you or send you an SMS.
If you place an order with us we may update you with progress by email, telephone or SMS.
We may also contact you to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to process a refund, to send you details of any promotions or special offers, or as necessary to contact you to enforce our Terms of Business, Terms of Website Use, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
